KEYS TO SUCCESS
The biggest thing to remember during your workouts is pushing to failure. The rep ranges I have provided for you will help build strength faster, but the key is to fail at those reps. Adjust the angle of your footing to add or subtract the amount of resistance you feel each set and take your body to exhaustion. Focus on failure sets from the beginning of your workout and you will notice your body changing quickly. Always leave a day of rest between workout days and look to nutrition to optimize your results. Adjust your KB Duo straps to be about a foot off the ground for this workout.
