Children and weight lifting! There is nothing more nerve-racking than your child moving into weight lifting when you're not sure about weight lifting itself. Of course you do you want to trust the coaches and trainers that are working with your kids, but it's not always that easy. There are several things that you can do at home with your children to help them stay safe while working out and reap the benefits of weight training.
