Body FX Full Body Workout

If you are ready to challenge your body, build strength, and get ripped then BodyFX is what you need. Follow the workout template below and work with me everyday. Whether you are learning more about what you should eat with my KBT Nutrition System or pushing through a killer strength workout you have got to give it your all. BodyFX isn't easy. It isn't for the lighthearted. You have to give everything you've got each and every set. Are you ready for the challenge?

BodyFX | Keys To Success 

  • Nutrition will be important for muscle recovery. Be sure you are getting your meal choices in order. 
  • Be interactive. Leave comments and ask questions. The more you learn the easier it is.
  • Complete every workout. Don't miss a rep. 
  • You are going to be tired after these workouts. Be sure to consume enough protein.  

12 Weeks | Body FX

Strength FX

Monday - Strength FX

Strength FX is more than a challenge. With a combination of heavy resistance training and the KB Duo you will see your body change fast. Push through every rep and build strength through your arms, back, chest, legs and core. Dig down and you will see success.

Tuesday - Cardio FX

Ready to sweat? Cardio FX will burn 6 times as many calories as simple gym equipment. During full body movements with the resistance of Kbands you can workout less time and get more results. Grab a towel, some water and let's get started.

Wednesday - Six Pack FX

You have done crunches your whole life and seen little to no results. Build true core strength with Six Pack FX. With suspension training and Kbands resistance your abs will be challenged like never before.
