Drill 1119 Juke V's
Drill 1119 is a great drill for teams to complete speed and agility stations. Utilize groups of 4 to 5 athletes in each group. This will keep the rest periods on point to help your athletes get the best results. Move through quickly and work on a juke move through the first cone. Next, the lateral high knee is a great transition before coming back around the first cone. Acceleration should be each athletes focus point. Do not jog around the transitions, instead, sprint ballistically to each portion of the drill.
