Quick Bodyweight Leg Workout | Dropset Squats and Slides

Bodyweight training is great to help you achieve your goals. It allows you to be able to train anywhere at anytime. This specific superset will enhance your bodyweight training with the Infinity Loop Hip Bands.

Supersets With Bodyweight Training

During this workout we will have two exercises. First, you will have squats, and then you will follow those up with slides. The squats should be completed with the yellow, red, and blue Infinity Loop Hip Bands. The slides will be completed with the white hip band.

As seen in the video, you will begin with the squats and then rotate to the slides. After your slides move back to the squats and grab the heavier loop band. This sequence will add resistance each set helping you to increase your strength.

Review the video several times to understand the rotation. Each squat set grab more resistance while the slides will remain the same with constant resistance. These body weight exercises will help balance and stability while training.
