Agility Football Drill With Loop Resistance Bands
Let’s improve your football agility with this dynamic corner drill. Create a square with four speed and agility cones. Next, choose the correct Infinity Loop Band that best fits your abilities. Begin the drill by sprinting forward and mimicking a tapping motion over the top of a cone. The faster you can move your legs the better.
After several cone taps sprint out at a 45 degree angle to the next cone. Complete the sequence by reaching each cone.
