Time For Some Cardio

This Kbands live Interval Cardio routine is going to challenge the entire body and will require KB Duo, Kbands leg Resistance Bands, and the Victory Rope. First use the KB Duo for the challenger sequence. Perform 8 atomic pushups, 8 pikes, 8 knee ups, and 30-second mountain climbers in sequence for 4 sets. Take a short rest in between sets. Next interval cardio move is the Victory Rope Shuffle. First, use the Fusion Wall Mount to mount the Victory Rope at chest level. Start with the right side next to the wall, explosively shuffle from the wall and then drive the Victory Rope across the chest extending the right arm. Perform 12 reps with each arm for 4 total sets.

Kbands Squat Kickers are the next interval cardio exercise. While wearing the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands perform 4 butt kickers and then a squat and then 4 butt kickers, repeat this sequence for a minute straight. Perform 3 sets with 90 second extended breaks in between. The final cardio training move is Kbands Knee Ups. Start in a slight front lunge position and drive that knee up through the resistance of the Kbands with speed and control. Bring the arms down at the same time the knee comes up for core activation. Perform the movement for 30 seconds on each leg for 3 sets. Take 30 seconds breaks between sets and power through the burn.  See Video
