Episode 1099 - Sled pulls have become a big part of fitness for knee health in the past couple years. The problem with a sled is it's very difficult to utilize a tool like this at home. I have learned the benefits of dragging a sled to help with knee strength. It really does work! I started using victory ropes about six months ago within my home gym to mimic this exercise.
