Drill 1118 Speed V
The Kbands Speed V Drill is a unique workout that will challenge circular speed and change of direction. First begin at the bottom of the V. Then sprint forward to the first cone. Next, you will shuffle side to side and then accelerate through the middle of the two cones. As you approach the beginning V, you will then repeat the same sequence on the opposite side. The drill will conclude when you move through both left and right sections of the V. Watch the video a couple times to understand the movements, and then begin your workout.
