Kbands Single Leg Tuck Jumps - Speed Drill 1005
Single leg tuck jumps are a top level plyometric workout. Maintain your explosiveness through each resisted rep. As soon as you land, get right back off the ground. Tuck your knee and quickly repeat this motion. Analyze the movements in the demo before beginning. Kbands are going to add some extra tension to your workout. Don't over train this exercise. Give yourself a couple days off of this exercise after completing it before doing it again.
