Butt Exercise For Women With Resistance Bands

Butt exercises can be tricky. Finding specific movements that can tone and shape your backside is not always an easy task. It’s important that we move through exercises that target these muscle specifically. In the video we have described a perfect superset that will help build muscle quickly.

First, strap on your Kbands and find a wall or squat rack. You will then raise your leg out to the side and out the back. Try not to arch your back during these movements. Your focus should be on your hips. Make the pivot point directly in the glutes on both raises.

This exercise is very simple. There’s literally no way your legs will not roast after this superset. Complete three sets of 30 seconds and then on the fourth work to failure. This means that you will do as many repetitions as you can until you cannot do anymore. Enjoy the workout!
