I had some surprising results with my 37 hour fast. Listen as I walk you through my experiences with this window of not eating. I was surprised the amount of water weight that I lost, and I am intrigued by what this potentially could mean for calorie restriction. Do not misinterpret my understanding of what a fast can really do for you. Calorie restricting, in essence, is what truly equates to weight loss and body composition. However, I will be experimenting with fasting to shrink my stomach and feel fuller on feeding days.
