I thought we would have a little fun with this video. Often times a trip comes up that requires you to be in shape. In this video I will explain how I cycle an activity style experience into my training. It's important that I've trained the right muscles to be able to have the best experience on this trip. Going on a ski trip is not not some thing that I get to do often, so to be able to have the most fun without injuring myself is very important to me. Throughout the video I will explain how my workout regimen will change and what plan I have to be in the best shape at the right time.
