Agility training 1116. This sequence is going to challenge sprint speed as well as your ability to change directions. First start out sprinting towards a speed agility ladder. You also have cones staggered off each end of the speed and agility ladder. This will give you the ability to challenge change of direction before and after leaving the ladder. Focus on circular speed towards the back half and then build momentum through the ladder. Fast feet is key to your success. Stay centered and accelerate in every direction. Push through the resistance and complete 6 to 8 resisted repetitions followed by 2 to 4 unresisted.
