Core Training Drill 1008

This is a tuff combo for your abs. Follow the v up's with a 4 point leg flip. The v up's will exhaust the abs while the flips will continue the burn recruiting more muscle groups. Try to push through the set times. The back half of the super set will be challenging, but with some drive you can get through it.
