Episode 1093 - Football speed is much different than track speed. Developing the skills to accelerate after changing direction is very important to thrive in the game of football. Utilize this five minute football drill to increase your speed in short bursts. Kbands can be utilized to increase the resistance and power throughout the hip flexors. Within five minutes you will feel the difference in muscle activation wearing Kbands. Pay close attention to the foot work displayed in the video. Each direction change has specific foot work required. Review the video several times until you understand how to make the movements perfectly.
