12 Weeks | Body FX
Monday - Strength FX
Strength FX is more than a challenge. With a combination of heavy resistance training and the KB Duo you will see your body change fast. Push through every rep and build strength through your arms, back, chest, legs and core. Dig down and you will see success.

Ready to sweat? Cardio FX will burn 6 times as many calories as simple gym equipment. During full body movements with the resistance of Kbands you can workout less time and get more results. Grab a towel, some water and let's get started.
