Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options (U.S.)
Shipping speed is selected at checkout. Delivery times begin after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Expedited Options: If available at checkout, expedited delivery times will be shown before you place your order.
Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Free Shipping (If Offered)
If free shipping is offered during a promotion, it applies to eligible orders shipping to the continental United States unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
We ship internationally where available. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier service. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible. Having your order number and tracking details ready helps speed things up.
