Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not the right fit for your training, you can return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How Returns Work

To start a return, contact us first so we can help you quickly. Please include your name, date of purchase, order confirmation number, and the email address used at checkout.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Orders With Free Shipping

If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be issued minus the outbound shipping cost.

Digital Downloads

No refunds are available for digital downloads.

Refund Timing

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days from receipt of the returned item(s) for the credit to appear. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Additional Notes

• We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
