Kbands Training exists for one reason: to help athletes move better—faster, stronger, and with more control—using simple tools and practical coaching.
Our Story
We started Kbands Training by teaching what too many programs skip: how to train the hips and legs for real sport movement. Speed, change of direction, and athletic power don’t come from “trying harder.” They come from the right positions, the right cues, and consistent reps that build strength and coordination where it matters most.
Over the years we’ve built one of the largest drill libraries in the space—hundreds of training breakdowns and over a thousand videos— so athletes, parents, and coaches always have something they can plug into a warm-up, speed day, strength session, or recovery routine.
What We Make
We focus on tools that actually get used—products that are portable, durable, and built around athletic movement:
- Kbands – leg resistance bands designed to train hip drive, stability, and better movement patterns
- Reactive Stretch Cord – a versatile training cord for warm-ups, mobility, movement prep, and reactive work
- Victory Ropes – conditioning and power training that scales for nearly any athlete or fitness level
- Kits & Bundles – simple combinations that take the guesswork out of what to buy first
Who We’re For
Kbands Training is for:
- Athletes who want to get faster and more explosive
- Coaches who need tools and drills that work across teams and skill levels
- Parents who want a simple, structured way to support training at home
- Anyone who cares about moving better, not just sweating more
Whether you’re training in a garage, on a field, in a weight room, or on the road, our goal is the same: give you tools and guidance you can actually apply.
Our Approach
- Teach the movement (clear cues, common mistakes, and progressions)
- Add the right resistance (so the athlete feels the position and builds strength)
- Repeat with intent (small improvements, stacked over time)
No complicated systems. No fluff. Just training that carries over.
Train With Us
If you’re new here, start with Kbands and a few foundational drills. If you’re a coach, build them into your warm-ups and speed sessions. If you’re coming back, pick a goal—hip drive, agility, conditioning—and run with it.
