Increase Foot Speed

Tough combination of exercises here with kbands. Challenge yourself to stay with the active sets and rest periods. At the same time, do not rush each set early. The sets will start to pile up and you will need the rest when it moves later into the exercise sets. Focus on fast feet throughout the exercises with great arm action.
