The pro agility test out is an important part of measuring an athlete's ability to change direction and accelerate. It is often used for college and pro level recruiting. If your pro agility time is not adequate, then coaches may not select you to play on their team. One way to decrease your pro agility time is to practice technique as well as by utilizing training aids.

During this drill athletes often have problems changing direction after loading the outside leg. This training modality will help teach muscle memory of staying light on the outside foot and accelerating off the inside foot.
