Extra Resistance Bands (Leg Straps Not Included)
EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO BANDS!
YELLOW Bands (8.75 in - 12 lbs) - Used primarily for young athletes or those weighing less than 110 lbs. They are lighter and easier to use.
RED Bands (10.5 & 9 in - 25 lbs) - Used for light muscle activation. Can be used with the yellow or green bands for added resistance to train for power and explosion.
GREEN Bands (11.5 & 10.75 in - 50 lbs) - Used by those weighing over 110 lbs. They are longer and stronger and used for full range of motion training.
BLUE Bands (12 in - 65 lbs) - Used for added resistance in advanced training.
