I received this email about 10 years ago. I read it frequently throughout each year to keep my head on straight. It brings things into perspective. Life is short, and it is essential that we live it to the fullest. When you think of events that you attend, spend time reflecting on them as a once in a lifetime experience. You will never have that experience back. People will change, the way they interact will change, and health is always a major factor. Any trip you go on will never be the same. Every time you're hanging out with your family, you may never get that exact moment back again. Don't take life for granted and use this episode as a reminder each year to help you stay on track just as I do reading this email frequently.
