As time goes on I find everybody seems to have the same problems. Knees, backs, and shoulders all begin to hurt as we age. You can alleviate an awful lot of pain by maintaining full range of motion in specific muscle groups. Utilize this maintenance warm-up exercise routine before each workout. If you are not consistently working out, consider adding this to your week at least three times.
