Kbands Training offers a Lifetime Warranty on resistance bands. If your resistance bands age with heavy training, we want you to know we are here to help. Simply pay for the shipping of your replacement items and we will take care of the rest.

All products carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you do not see results following our training methods just let us know. We are more than happy to help you with your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund. You pay the shipping back to us and we will refund the order amount right away. (Orders that qualified for free shipping: A refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping to you.)
No refunds on digital downloads. All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase (please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned item(s) for the credit to be issued). All items that qualify for FREE shipping are sent via USPS First Class Mail and delivered in 3-6 business days. By selecting priority mail you will receive your package in 1-3 business days with tracking. Express shipping is also available. Express shipping will deliver in 1-2 business days plus tracking. We have shipped to over 116 countries with great success. International orders weighing less than 4 lbs are sent via First Class Mail International Package through the United States Postal Service and generally arrive within 10-15 days (7-10 days for orders to Canada).
