This product includes the replacement leg straps only. It does not include Kbands resistance bands. If your original Kbands thigh straps are worn, misplaced, or you need an extra strap set for another athlete, this left and right leg strap set lets you keep using your existing Kbands resistance bands.
Each strap is designed to secure around the upper thigh so Kbands resistance bands can be clipped in for speed, agility, lower-body activation, and dynamic movement training.

Strap Size and Fit
Each Kbands leg strap measures 29 inches and can be trimmed to fit smaller users. This allows the straps to work for a wide range of athletes and fitness users, including youth athletes ages 7+ when properly fitted.
To trim the straps, cut only the excess strap length while leaving enough overlap for the strap to securely fasten during training. The goal is a snug, comfortable fit that stays in place during movement without restricting the athlete’s range of motion.
