How do I choose the right option, size, or resistance?
Choose the option that lets you keep smooth, controlled reps and clean form. If you cannot maintain form for 10–15 reps or 20–30 seconds during drills, start lighter. If the movement feels too easy, move up to a higher resistance level.
Are Kbands products for beginners or athletes?
Both. Kbands Training products are built for athletic performance, fitness training, and lower-body activation. Many products work well for youth athletes, teens, adults, and advanced users when the right resistance level is selected.
