Why Kbands Are Different From Loop Bands
Mini bands and cloth hip bands can be useful for slow movements like glute walks, squats, and lunges, but they are limited when training becomes more dynamic. Mini bands can slide, roll, pinch, break, or offer resistance levels that are either too light or too restrictive. Cloth hip bands may grip better, but they still limit sprinting, cutting, and athletic movement.
