I have had a great time learning how to get better at sit down hydrofoiling. In this video I am going to break down techniques that I've used to become the level I am. There are a lot of better riders out there but I am sure that I will continue to progress. I truly believe that if you put your mind to something that you can be the best at it if that's what you desire. As time goes on I will give you some more updates on things that I have experienced or utilize to achieve the next level of this hobby.
