How do I choose the right option/size/resistance?
Start with the option that lets you keep smooth, controlled reps and clean form. If you can’t maintain form for 10–15 reps (or 20–30 seconds on drills), go lighter. If it feels too easy, move up a level.
Is this for beginners or athletes?
Both. Kbands Training products are designed for athletic performance and fitness training, and most gear is great for ages 7+. Many bundles include different resistance levels so you can start easy and progress.
