    The burn your legs will get during this workout is awesome. At first it will make you think twice about your workout coming up but then you get used to it and the results are great. My legs are looking better then ever and Im down nine pounds.

    lots of workouts that will kick your butt. The leg workouts are a killer, but I can really see the difference in the way my legs look. I don't think you will find another workout that will work your legs this much.

    Before I joined K Bands, I did long-distance running and bikram yoga nearly 5 times a week. Sure, it felt good, but I never lost noticeable weight or felt very motivated to truly evaluate my diet. I hated hanging on to the “baby weight” I had gained nearly 7 years ago and I really needed a push to move past my exercise plateau.

    I saw a Kbands poster at my gym and decided to give it a try. After the first class, I could barely walk. The K Bands training system completely shocked my system—I dropped 7 pounds in two weeks! I loved resistance challenge the bands add to doing cardio and the core focus of the KB Duos. The whole regime built strength fast and actually burned fat on me rather than calories. What’s more, the whole-body routine has shriveled my back pain immensely. I even shaved a minute per mile off of my running times. Feeling my body grow stronger and look leaner gave me the motivation and encouragement to also focus on my diet. I did cut carbs at dinner, but I focused mainly on portion size and clean eating. I indulged now and then, but remained committed to permanent habits of eating simple, nutritious food.

    In the end I lost 18 pounds in 8 weeks and am excited to keep trying new challenges of the program.

    Lost 16 Pounds and 15 Inches

    I started K-bands to loose weight and firm up. With the K-bands the weight started coming off pretty quickly. The workouts are different so you don't get bored doing the same thing all the time. Changing the routines, you work on different muscle groups, flexibility, coordination and an overall improvement to your body and mind. Trevor gives great advise on nutrition, how to provide your body with the protein it needs to build muscle and burn off fat.

    Putting all these items together into a group workout, works out great. When there are other people that want the same results as you do and you work hard to achieve them the group supports each other. I would not have made it this far if it weren't for the group.     I was skeptical that I would be able to achieve the results I wanted in 60 days, but it actually worked!! I have 3 young kids and was ready to get back in shape, but didn’t think I’d be able to do it working full time and finding the time to work out as well. I was amazed that by working out 3.5 hours a week, I could actually get it shape!

    All it took was dedication for 60 days, not cheating on yourself, changing the way you eat and the results followed. I really look forward to the classes and I have never said that about working out before. I have lost 4 pounds, 12 inches, and 6 percent body fat with Trevor and Kbands Burn. Try it, it works!!!!!

    I really enjoyed the Kbands Burn program and I can see a big change in just 60 days! When I first started the program, I could only do 3 push ups and now I am up to over 30, so my strength has increased a lot. I feel better and look better!

    It was an easy program to follow for eating right and adding steps in each week. I especially liked the video blogs Trevor posted to keep us on track and cohesive as a group. It really helped to motivate me and keep me on track throughout the program.

    Each workout was different and never felt routine which kept it interesting, but more importantly, we were always working different muscles which brought great results. I lost 10 lbs and 20 inches all in just 60 days and I'm looking forward to the next round!

    Lost 15 Pounds, 26 Inches

    I wanted to end the year improving myself so it would continue into the new year. I started Kbands Burn to help me with my improvement. After 60 days on the program I have lost 15 pounds and 26 inches!!! The program works if you attend the work out sessions and follow the eating guidance.

    The thing I like best are the Kbands Burn is I come and am motivated by others. We all work hard together and I have used the energy of the group to achieve my results!! This program works and I am continuing into the New Year, making a New ME!!!!!
