High School Football Hip Flexor Drill

Episode 2020 - Hip flexors are extremely important for developing speed. This unique drill is fun to use with football players. It trains not only the hip flexors, but also change of direction. Add Kbands to this exercise for greater resistance added to your legs.

Each repetition should last about 12-20 seconds with a variety of direction changes. Utilize a cone tap in the middle and a quick touch and go at the edges.
