After your workout you should stretch your hamstrings to help prevent injuries. Work for range of motion and pain points created during your workout session. Each position should be help for 20-30 seconds. Pay close attention to the hip position described in the video. Keeping proper hip position will ensure the stretch is targeting the correct muscles.
