I just couldn't do it. After making over 1000 videos I couldn't just start at zero Hahaha. I hope you all of you like this new format. I'm really interested in where the new show can go. I will still post videos for workouts and different things, but I think this format will allow me to show you my expertise in all kinds of different topics. I enjoy reading your feedback so please feel free to give me any suggestions that you may have. 2022 is gonna be a great year.
