Shoulder pain hits us all at some point in our life. It can come from overuse, or a sports injury. One trick that I have utilized to minimize my shoulder pain is by hanging. There has been a lot of research and a push in recent years to hang to relieve pain. I have been testing these methods for the past six months and I can successfully say it does in fact work. Not everyone can hang though. Either they are not strong enough or weigh too much. In this video I review several techniques that you can utilize to reap the benefits of hanging for your shoulder. You can utilize wrist straps, assistance resistance bands, or by standing. Listen as I discuss these techniques in greater detail to help stretch your shoulder and relieve pain.
