Addiction seem easier and easier to create as you get older. You form habits in your daily routine so easily now. Taking the kids to school, driving to work, and even making dinner. All those gaps in between seem to fill up with, more often than not, bad habits. I have been pretty stuck on energy drinks for sometime now. Two a day for probably longer than I would like to admit. Let's see if I can kick this with a trip just as I have done before.
